What's your Post Workout Protein?

Hi Guys -

I need some suggestions for a low-cal post workout protein powder (or other protein source for on the go). I'd like something that's good for women, low fat and right around 100-150 calories. Thanks!

    Fat free plain Greek yogurt.
    Hard boiled Egg
    Whey/soy protein power
    veggie meats
    beans
    fish
    fat free cottage cheese
    etc.

    Optimum Gold Standard protien, mix w/water 120 calories, 24gram protien

    I almost always have a greek yogurt and small amount of fruit right afterwards. It has the right amount of protein and sugar for me at least.

    I second gaspari myofusion. That's what I use and it's delicious, especially with almond milk but is just fine with water too.
  • Fat free milk with sugar free hershey chocolate syrup... loaded with the sugar and protein for after a work out and a lovely treat.
