Should I join weight watchers to lose 20 lbs?
I'm currently floating around 145-149. id like to lose my last 20 lbs but no matter how healthy i eat i cant seem to get out of the 140s. I'm thinking that weight watchers will help me "watch" what i put in to my body and give me a schedule of when the best times for me to eat are

Help i cant loose weight!!!!!!!!!!
I've been at my current weight of 146 for two years now! no matter how much exercising or the diet I'm on i can't loose weight!! I'm 5 foot 4 inches so i know 146 isn't exactly a healthy weight for me!! ill take any advice please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since my schedule is constantly changing during the week, i don't have much time to exercise. and when i do i spend about an hour and a half exercising hoping itll make up for lost time. Am i working out or am i wasting my time???
I'm new to using the treadmill, I can jog for about 3 minutes at 5.2 and a 2.0 incline. Then i rest for 1 minute at 3.5 and keep a 2.0 incline. i run for 3 minutes and rest about 5 times then walk at 3.8 -4.0 at a 3.0 incline for about 25 minutes. to add that up i run about 15 minutes (i'm trying to work up my stamina) and…
