walking on the beach
I'm blessed to live on the beach in Florida. I suffered a pretty bad knee injury and have started working out again, ( very low impact!) decent food that can travel?
I attend uni that is an hour commute. I leave my house at 7:15 (usually rushed!) and am on campus until 5:45pm. There is very little on campus that is healthy, and most that is is way overpriced! Stress eating
I had never heard of this until my doctor suggested it to me as I seem to do it. Has anyone else had a problem with it and if you have, any suggestions to stop yourself? I mean other than saying to cut down on stress :)
