my total daily caloric intake base on weight, age, gender and activity level (lightly active). is 2450cals.... if i burn 700cals from my workout.. that additional 700cals will add up to my daily caloric intake of 2450cals.? thus the calorie burn through exercising is not included in 2450cals??? now with a total of 3150…
