hi,
i've just changed my ratio from
45/35/20 to
30/40/30 - c/p/f
since my weight is not decreasing anymore. and it is my ratio for the past 4 months since i started to work out.
so.. is my ratio ok?? for loosing body fat and help in toning muscles?/
and can you please give me some tips to improve loosing visceral fats and what should i eat after an intense work out like boxing training.. i usually drink whey 15 mins after my training.
so far i need to loose 30lbs more.. thanks..

My trainer likes my fats to be higher than my carbs. He says that promotes lean muscle more. I think the whey protein right after your workout is a good idea. I will say this though. He has my protein up there. I am going over 100 daily. He has me consuming every 2-3 hours to total 6 "meals" a day.0
