Trying to lose 60+ lbs
Hello everyone! I've been using MFP for awhile now but have been consistent for about 4 weeks. I'm currently 262.2lbs, at least that's what the scale said this morning. It fluctuates very often. I'm really not sure if I should believe it! My biggest question is, should I eat back the remaining calories? Thanks!

Cheat day
Is really okay to have a cheat day or have a treat if you actually eat the serving size???? I've been MIA from MFP for about 3 months and I'm trying to get back on track. Exercise isn't the problem for me it's the food!! I eat veggies but could stand to eat more fruit. SUGAR is my weakness.

MFP calorie burned estimates v. cals burned on machine displ
Hey people! Im a lil confused as too which figure to log when im entering my exercises. The MFP cals burned are higher than what the elliptical or treadmill. Which one should I use!!??

Knee pain
Recently, Ive been experiencing some knee discomfort/pain from running. Should I discontinue exercise until the pain goes away?? I know the pain is because of the weight I'm carrying around....
