Trying to lose 60+ lbs

Hello everyone!
I've been using MFP for awhile now but have been consistent for about 4 weeks. I'm currently 262.2lbs, at least that's what the scale said this morning. It fluctuates very often. I'm really not sure if I should believe it!
My biggest question is, should I eat back the remaining calories?

It depends. Whats your average weigh in? Whats your average caloric intake for the past 4 weeks? How much of those calories are protein, fat, and carbs? Are you getting atleast 10 grams of fiber per 1000 calories? Are you getting atleast 1 serving of fruit & veggies per 1000 calories? Are you taking any meds that could cause liver problems even over the counter ones because this could slow down weight loss. Fat sticks around to protect organs that are weak. I mean it all depends on your situation.0
