I need to start counting my cal's - I need to get my butt in gear - I need to get motivated I'm gonna post here -daily for support and motivation and hope I can motivate others! anyway I'm Liz - I have one son, a lot of cats, i'm walking 60 miles for Breast Cancer in October, um :) so hi ya'll! :flowerforyou:

Does drinking green tea - h elp
Ok - I've always heard it does - and hey I love it but does it seriously help w/ the metabolism? and to flush water weight? I made some cold green tea (during the day its too warm to drink hot tea) and in the morning I fill my 1 liter bottle with it just curious how it can/will help - thats all

wow I did it today
I spent the whole nigh and day NO JOKE asleep (tummy bug) - it took A LOT for me to get up at 6 for dinner well I realized I have not exercised in a few days so I walked just 1/2 mile - but I ran for about 1/6th of it - then came home and did my stretches and squats i am glad I did it! I'm gonna get fit! somehow

7.4 up in one week - depressed
yea it might have to do w/ exercise and the face I'm a week 1/2 late for TOM (no not pg not possible lOL) i hope to see it gone next week - hope its water weight - <--- sad , want to pig out

Ok - I've been doing - ok w/ calories - yea I could do better but I have not been horrible well I WI this morning and I am up EIGHT LBS from last week its depressing <-- not in a good mood today b/c of it

I am doing what I have to in order to get my exercise in - heck tomorow I have to walk my 5 y/o to school (as the others are going to be out voting) - thats 1 mile! Ok - today I went on a bike ride - took us 25 min (and there was hills!!! not big ones but times where mmy legs were screaming) came home and only burned 150…

Question for those that have doen this a while
I've always wondered about exercising and eating the calories you eat so if I were to burn 800 calories I am 'supposed' to eat 800 more to be healthy? or should I not eat the xtra

Um - ok I did 10 min of areobics - light impact - but I have no idea how many calories I burned - I thought their calculations were supposed to be entered can anyone help
