Day1
So? How did it go?!? Day one was tough for me as my legs are still sore from doing a 6k obstacle course on Saturday. But I powered through it and was semi happy with my eating. I did get ice cream while out with a client for work. And had left over pizza to finish but the rest was healthy!! Baby steps lol
