I just learned a killer ab workout at bootcamp... If you have a yoga ball, lay on your back on it and put your feet on the wall at 90 degress, then do crunches, going up for 4 seconds and down for 4. Do as may reps as yu can. It works all the core muscles!!

I used to be the same way but now I eat breakfast because it helps to start your metabolism in the morning, I don't eat anything huge but usually ahve to snack around 1030, as long as your eating healthy food it's actually good to eat 3 meals and two snacks a day. So far I've lost 10 lbs

Did you set mini rewards for your accomplishments? I think thats a good way to get a boost. Say if you drop another 5 pounds you will get a new outfit or manicure.

I think you should do what feels good to you! I would still take some days to rest but it doesn't have to be every other day. I'm doing the p90x program and we only rest once a week. Even if you gain some weight because you build mucles you can still loose inches. Muscle weighs more than fat so you might not be loosing weight but your toning up!! If you want some support feel free to add me!
