Spicy chicken marinade

Thought I would share my favourite homemade spicy marinade:
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic (fresh or dried)
Chilli flakes (fresh or dried)
Mustard seeds
Cayenne pepper
Smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Put as much or as little of each herb/spice in a bowl that you like (extra cayenne and chilli for a spicy kick!) and coat the chicken in the marinade then grill, bbq or oven bake.
I often use this on other meats too especially on minced turkey or beef and make burgers.
Oh, forgot to add make sure you leave it as long as possible in the fridge to marinate, overnight gets the best result
