Help! Need motivation!

Hey fellow MFP peeps!

So I've been on MFP for years now. It helped me with my initial weight loss and I dropped 25 lbs. I have fell off the wagon and jumped back on a few times but I really need to hunker down and get on track.

Last time I weighed in I was 166. Ideally I would like to get to 150 and see how I feel, if I can get my pant down to a size 8 I would be thrilled. I carry my weight in my butt and want a flat belly.

I also need to be able to run the beep test (shuttle run) up to level 6.5 So cardio is a must, I have a new years resolution plan all typed out. All I need is some individuals to help keep me on track!
