Cheese alternative?
I love cheese, all different kinds, but it's one of the few items I just don't like the fat free versions. I usually get the reduced fat or lower sodium but they still have lots of calories...any suggestions?

How can I get more calcium without calories and carbs?
I need to increase my calcium intake but it seems many options have calories and carbs. I am not a fan of cottage cheese or yogurt so I find it difficult. Any ideas?
