Calories in FAGE 0% with only SOME fruit
So I"m addicted to these yogurts...But I am concerned that they are high in carbs/sugar due to the fruit flavoring. I'm scouring the internet trying to get a calorie estimate if I only have half the fruit? I was thinking if I subtract the carbs in the plain 0%- then split the difference? Would that be close? Thoughts?…

Favorite Workout DVDs?!?!
I hate the gym- but LOVE working out in the privacy of my own home. I've invested and own weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, bosu, ect... I Lost More When I Ate More?
I was eating about 1550 calories a day according to a nutritionist I saw a while back. but my weight loss started to really slow down. Varied Calorie Burn for same workouts
I use a Polar Heart Monitor with my plyometric and cardio workouts. I've been tracking my calorie burn for each workout I do (they are always the same b/c I use Dvd's) and I notice that my calorie burn and heart rate (obviously) varies alot among identical workouts. SUGAR SOS!
I eat very few foods with "added sugar"...the worst would be a granola bar. I do eat a lot of fruit and other foods with naturally occuring sugars, which always makes me go over my daily sugar allotment. Is that a big deal? SO DISCOURAGED
For the past two weeks I've followed MFP's plan- I have exercised 6 days a week AND been about 4,000 calories under my weekly goal. BUT I GAINED 2 POUNDS. How is this possibble? I feel like giving up completely!!!
