SUGAR SOS!

I eat very few foods with "added sugar"...the worst would be a granola bar. I do eat a lot of fruit and other foods with naturally occuring sugars, which always makes me go over my daily sugar allotment. Is that a big deal? I don't know how concerned I should be becuase I know the sugar isnt coming from cookes/candy/soda...but mostly fruit and veggies like butternut squash...

sugar that comes from natural sources gets used differently in your body that if it came from candy. Don't worry about it. Just like good fats and bad fats - good sugars and bad sugars0

I worried about this too at a certain point, and someone on this forum gave me some great advice: No one ever got overweight by eating too much veggies and fruit... unless you're diabetic, don't worry
enjoy your apples and oranges!
