I am finishing my first week on MyFitnessPal. So far, so good. I am having trouble getting the exercise part going, but I have gained a modicum of control over my eating. It is much like Weight Watchers eTools which I used to use. The big exception is that here, everything has calories, even the lettuce. Hopefully I will…
I have notice that foods which I have always treated as zero calorie foods, like Iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa, and therefore I have used as "free" foods all have a calorie count on MyFitnessPal. Why is that??
