I am finishing my first week on MyFitnessPal. So far, so good. I am having trouble getting the exercise part going, but I have gained a modicum of control over my eating. It is much like Weight Watchers eTools which I used to use. The big exception is that here, everything has calories, even the lettuce. Hopefully I will loose weight this way faster than I did on Weight Watchers where it took e 4 years to loose 76 pounds.

  • Best wishes on your journey! The exercise will get better, are you able to start by walking some? That might get you going! Good luck.
