hi guys, I need some help! I find I can do one week sticking to my calorie goal and I loose 3-4lbs and feel great but then I fall off the wagon and totally loose it, put the weight loss back on and feel useless! Why can I not get passed 1 week? Anyone else had that?

Going back to the gym today...
Hi all, Can someone please advise me the best workout routine...initially to shift about a stone and a half and then to tone up...any advise would be greatly recieved...I havent been to the gym for months so would need to ease myself in lol Thank you :) x

Sauna or steam room?
Hi Guys, Is there any benefit of going in the sauna/steam room after a workout? I mean i dont believe it helps to loose weight or tone up but does it benefit your skin in anyway or such like?

So I was 10 stone for quite a while and always set that as my goal weight but, this still seems pretty high to me and when i was that I wasnt happy although people said I look better bigger than 10st! Hi all, Have just joined this site in the hope to loose 20 pounds...I quit smoking 6 months ago and 20 pounds has crept on.
