Hi all,
Can someone please advise me the best workout routine...initially to shift about a stone and a half and then to tone up...any advise would be greatly recieved...I havent been to the gym for months so would need to ease myself in lol

I highly recomend going to www.bodybuilding.com (or simliar sites) that has a variety of workouts. I like bb.com because they seperate their workouts into their goals, along with pictures and videos of the exercises.0
