As one of my 2012 goals, I am running 10K for charity on the 25 March which is Ten weeks from now. I have printed a 10k Training program as I have never done a run to this degree before, but would be grateful if their are any experts out there who could offer your advice on a program that I should follow?

Why does it get so hard to lose weight when you get past 40?
I have always trained hard, high impact Cardio, Spinning, Body combat , Pilates, Yoga, Body pump I generally have tried most things and if I wanted to lose a few KG I would stop the wine or reduce the carbs and the weight would just fall off me.
