Amazing willpower but losing nothing
Hi , I have always been successful with weight loss using MFP but this is my first time as a végétarien. My diet is amazing : all whole foods , no alcohol , good macros, 1000- 1200 calories a day, lots of water and minimum 12,000 steps a day …. And I am losing nothing :( has anyone got any tips please ?
IS anyone else having trouble with the new recipe builder ?
Is anyone else having problems with the new recipe builder ? I really don't think 175000 calories for an aubergine is correct ! nor 4000 for a clove of garlic It cannot find items that are in the general food list This is wasting me a lot of time !

How does the calorie remaining work ?? .. it says i have 180 calories remaining for today ..180 ! and yet says if every day was like this i would only lose 1 kilo in 5 weeks ,,, does that mean the calories remaining is for maintenance ????? of so i didn't know that !!!

Endomondo - accuracy
I use Endomondo to track my exercise - time distance speed etc I LOVE Endomondo and I love MFP - so not criticising either , but i have noticed it gives very different results for calories eg today .. I ice skated 1 hr , 5.46 km - Endomondo said 680 calories , MFP says 515 I cycled 20km, 80 mins .. Endomondo said 732 , MFP…
Foods that are "surprisingly good value "
Having seen the " foods that shock you " post .... I am really interested to know if there are any foods that are surprisingly good value - i.e. less calories than you would expect
