Great advice from the people above... in addition I log all my 'non stepping' exercise in fitbit - (like swimming and stationary bike). I am on that - 1000-1200 I am eating pure foods - nothing processed i have given up alcohol I do 12,000 steps a day At the moment I am not losing ! i dont know what else I can do !

There is some good advice here On the logging , I would say pay particular attention to rice and other high calorie carbs. I use Uncle Ben's boil in the bag rice and I have seem some dreadful errors on this - awful, where people have been mixing up dry and cooked weight and been showing really low calories for a whole bag…

I walk to the nearest supermarket and back ... and i buy salad greens which I have with tinned salmon , or turkey slices - and gerkins or pickled onions. If I am really hungry I add sweetcorn Sometimes i have soup warmed in the microwave which has been provided for us

can anyone add any more to this ? I had a tin of pricess fruit cocktail - I dumped the juice carlies epr 100g = 43 net weight 247g - = 106 claories calories for the tin 415g = 178 I have always used the 106 calories but now I wonder ! WHat do others do ?

the important thing is you logged it .. in the past when i have done such things I then stopped logging ! Last Sunday i had a huge winefest , and this led to binging . I read somewhere in here that you CAN convert it to ww Points. I didn't bother because I am happier using calories and it looked a bit techy for me .. but I remember reading it - search the blogs (sorry I cant be more helpful but i DID see it )
