Keto calorie help?!?
Hi!! I’m wanting to try the Keto diet according to my needs at the start of the day it says I should take in 17g of Carbs. When I add in a workout it gives me those calories but then also ups my cabs to 22g. Is that right? I realize I’m probably over thinking this, just want to do it right.
