I recently started doing interval sprints and then played 3 consecutive softball games. This morning the outsides of my shins hurt like hell and I can barely bend my feet to point my toes up. Just muscle soreness?

Day 3 of this for me and I find myself starving all the time. I feel like my protein allotment is too low and my carb allotment is too high.
