So I have just realised today that although I have lost 1.5 stone (woo hoo for me) I haven't actually dropped a trouser size :( I have noticed that my current jeans (3 pairs) are looser but they are still and UK 18, now I have thought about it it's bugging me!!! Anyone else?

Help!!
I am on a course next week for work and staying in a hotel for 4 days - I can't think of any healthy snacks/food beyond fruit. I am in the zone and really want to keep eating healthy food but choices will be limited - I am stressing!! Please help

My first NSV
I love food and will eat whether hungry or not, I am always planning on what my next meal is and what calories I have left to use on snacks just to use them up. Tonight however I have decided that actually I am not hungry and therefore don't need my snacks, I know I am going to feel great in the morning for it :)

What are you giving up? I am struggling with healthy eating at the mo so am going to use it as booster by giving up choc, crisps (my fave!!), biscuits & cakes! Anyone else?

Christmas is looming and people are starting to ask me what I would like ... I've just thought about a HRM and how useful it would be. Mental Plateu
I've decided I am going to up my calories a little! I've really struggled this last month and I think it is due to the rigidness of trying to keep to 1200 calories per day. My settings are now 1360 and starting anew tomorrow - has anyone else done this and has it helped to re-motivate them?

Help I've lost a recipe thread!
I'm hoping someone can help, I 'bumped' a thread to do with crockpot recipes as there was one for chicken and pinapple with soy sauce and I can't find it under 'my topics'. Does anyone else maybe remember it or have it please? This'll teach me to write them down quicker!
