Tuna and hummus is my favourite, for some reason it works best with the tuna on bottom and humus on top (I don't tend to mix it together). That's on an open sandwich btw otherwise it would make any different at all in a closed one

I am the same and only realised it when I first started on MFP. The first step to stopping it is recognising it in the first place - good luck :)

Thank you everyone for replying. For some reason I am very nervous about this surgery although I have had others in the past for unrelated issues. I think my dad was told to stay away from Pork, peanuts and limit dairy, not that he does! I have heard so many different stories I just wanted to get a feel from you lovely…

Nobody huh! Suppose I will find out for myself soon enough.

Love this! I'm Colette from London UK, have about 50lbs to lose. Have lost 25 already although my ticker says different, I have been breaking down my weightless into small manageable goals and then starting from zero once they have been reached. Anyone who is motivational is free to add me :)

I am doing c25K at the moment and am on week 6! I was the same for the first week, the first run was a missions but somehow it kept getting easier. It was always the first time I upped the minutes that would have me out of breath and hurting the most. I find that it isn;t until the second time of running on any one day…

Great story - that has inspired me even more for my run tomorrow (I am wk 3 of C25K), I will be thinking of both you and that lady while jogging :drinker:

Sounds like me too Hun. Sometimes I feel great and the scales are showing good numbers and then I catch sight of myself in the mirror and feel like I am back to square one even though I have lost over a stone. Just remember how great you are doing and keep taking baby steps towards your goal x

30DS is good but I get bored of it quite easy, I do love the Biggest Loser DVD though as there are several workouts ranging from high intensity 10 minutes to low/high intensity 20mins, body sculpting, and boot camp.
