New to MFP, doing 30 Day Shred and feeling inspired.

Hi everyone! I'm back on the get healthy wagon... actually I never really got off. I eat healthy food, but I don't exercise enough or eat as often as I should. I've maintained the same weight for years now and I'm over it.

I used to go on Sparkpeople to track stuff and while I find some tools on there great, I love that MFP takes account the calories you burn. To me that's a reminder to keep fueling the body throughout the day.

Currently I'm walking 1-3 miles a day with my dog and doing 30 Day Shred. I'm finally eating 3 meals a day (usually do 1-2) and adding more snacks to keep the metabolism up.

My 1st goal is 20 pounds by May and hopefully 60 by end of year. Love reading all the stories here!

    I am jumping back on the health wagon and starting 30DS tomorrow .... can feel the burn already and strangely looking forward to it :)
