^^ On the back of that I am making a quinoa tune 'kedgeree' style dish for my lunch tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes but I'm planning on cooking the quinoa in some vegetable stock with some basic curry powder, then mixing through some tuna, chopped parsley, chopped green onions/spring onions and a squeeze of lemon. I'm serving this on a bed of baby spinach salad leaves and putting a poached egg on top.

Tuna and hummus is my favourite, for some reason it works best with the tuna on bottom and humus on top (I don't tend to mix it together). That's on an open sandwich btw otherwise it would make any different at all in a closed one

Slimming world did a gorgeous tuna quiche recipe without the pastry, tinned tuna mixed with beaten egg put in dish & squash down, cover top with sliced tomatoes & bake in oven....its sooooo nice.
I`ve not made it for yes, you`ve reminded me of it, I will make one today now :-)

I get one with a flavour in it, cook some egg noodles and mix half a tin through it. Surprisingly yum and takes 5 mins

I mix mine with balsamic vinegar, hot pepper sauce and sweetcorn, mix again with some pasta sauce and add to a little pasta, sprinkle with low fat cheese :)

I like mine mixed with chopped artichoke hearts, capers (you could also use olives, just a little something salty), lemon and cracked black pepper. Great over some greens.

It's also nice warm with sauteed onions and mushrooms and a bit of thyme (and a splash of sherry/white wine if you have some on hand). I like this with veggies or quinoa, but I'd imagine it'd also be good with whole wheat pasta.

Try mixing with salsa and some chopped red onion, stuffing it in a scooped out bell pepper, top with grated cheese and pop in the oven until the cheese is bubbling.

    Delish!
