Sabotage!

I have a severe case of the 'self sabotage syndrome'! My last weigh in was 207lb which meant I had not only lost just over 15lbs in total but went from being in the 15 stone brackett to the 14's and I was so happy! Why oh why then have I insisted on throwing it all away and had a week of sugary foods that I am not even really enjoying!! I am like a sugar monster at the moment and am finding it difficult getting back on track even though I loved logging my foods, working out what I was going to eat for the calories I had left and doing workouts!

Maybe instead of bad sugary foods, you could substitute for a little bit of dark chocolate, yogurt, fruit, chewing gum or some low calorie hard candies. Most of the time those things work for me when I'm having a bad craving for sweets. Just keep doing what you're doing with the logging and working out. Eventually you will overcome it! And remember, it's okay to eat sugary things once in a while. So don't beat yourself up too much. :flowerforyou:0
