I've been working out everyday and eating my net and exercise calories and today I gained a little. :cry: Why is that, and how do I fix the problem, I don't wanna gain, I cried when I found out and I want to stay positive about this. someone please offer me some advice

My first MFP week
OMG I woke up this morning to find out that I've lost three more pounds onto the two I've already lost. Thanks MFP for the support and I'm just so proud of my self for losing 5 lbs in my first week, I couldn't have done with out MFP. I'm so happy 87 lbs to go :happy:

Needing support
Just stepped on a "correct" scale and it added some weight and I'm very disappointed and hurt to find out that I weigh more than I thought. I've been on this new diet for 4 days and have lost 2 lbs so far and just need a little support to keep going. Thanks Tasha
