Finally noticed a change on the scale this week... after uping my calories. I talked to a trainer and he told me to double my protein and up my calories to 2000 - I work out every night. 2 pds and 2% this week alone... I am so confused....lol

fresh fruits
I have talked to alot of dieter's and very surprised to hear how many of them avoid fruit completely... I was always told that fresh fruit was good for you (in moderation)... what is everyone's option: a) fruit b) NO fruit c) maybe once or twice a week (as a treat) HELP, because I am SO confused!
