4 pds and 4% in 4 weeks

Finally noticed a change on the scale this week... after uping my calories. I talked to a trainer and he told me to double my protein and up my calories to 2000 - I work out every night. 2 pds and 2% this week alone... I am so confused....lol

I am down... which is good, but I don't know if it because it just took a while for my body to wake up, because I up'd my protein, or because I up'd my calories... if felt like a bad week, but ended with good number... whatever works I guess...0
