Hi all! So MFP sometimes classifies fruit as small, medium and large sizes when you go to input the portion size. Has anyone tried the Nike Training Club (NTC) app? I've used it a few times and was pretty sore afterwards but I'm curious about what kind of results would come out of using it consistently. Happy almost Friday!

Breakfast/Dinner Times
What times do you guys generally eat breakfast and dinner (basically when do you start/stop eating for the day)? I've heard people say that we should generally only eat between the hours of 9am and 7pm but not sure if that's correct. I find it to be a hard schedule to stick to!
