I have done Jillian Michael's 30 DS on and off for a while, but have never seen what 6 week 6 pack is like. Is it strength training and cardio like in 30DS or is it more just strength training that targets the abs? How long of a workout is it? Suggestions on a good HRM/Calorie counting watch?
I bought a cheap Sportline watch from Walmart and used it for the first time yesterday, and after entering all my personal info (height, weight, gender,etc) the calorie counter said I only burned 50 calories after doing 20 minutes of 30 day shred. This seems way too low. I know I burned more. Is it worth using a HRM watch?…

Insanity Program Workouts
I have done the Beach Body Insanity program in the past and am going to start it back up. I do not have a calorie counter watch or anything like that and I see that under cardio exercises on MFP, Insanity is not listed as an exercise to log. Any ideas on how to estimate how many calories I've burned doing those workouts?…
