I just git my body media fit and looking for some motivation. Are you finding it helpful? How much of a deficit do you have daily? I have quite a bit of weight to lose and a desk job so i'm hoping this helps me meet my goals! Any suggestions or success stories would be great!

I love zumba but have recently ended my gym membership and i'm looking to find some zumba DVD"s that aren't crazy expensive. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm doing chalean extreme/turbofire hybrid. Does anyone know how to log a HITT workout? I logged it as kickboxing but i feel like those workouts are more intense than the regular kickboxing workouts! Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm starting week 3 of chalean extreme and i'm just switching from Weight watchers to MFP. Weight watchers was a little confusing for me. So i'm just wondering if and how everyone tracks their calories burned on strength days? Am i better off not to count those calories burned and just stick to my calorie…
