Thanks everyone! I can say it's already making me want to move more, I have a desk job so I sit most of the day so it's interesting to so how little I move! I've been aiming for at least 500 but closer to a 1000 calorie deficit. Loving it so far

Just remember diet is 80% of weight loss so don't get discouraged, sounds like your on a great start with WW!! I sit 10hours/day so i know how hard it is to get excerise in.

What if i want to do the "old" points? The momentum plan. I have the info from that from when i did it before. I have done both but have had better results with the older plan. It would be nice to have a support group who understands WW even if it's a little different version.
