Okay so I can say that I DID IT!! I pushed through and dug deeper regardless of what life threw my way. I finished insanity and am very proud of myself, for it will be the first fitness program I finished from start to finish without skipping any days!
Now I actually only lost 0.2 pounds from my first weigh in, but I was pretty flabby. As my pictures will show you, scales are NOT the only way to measure fitness or body progress. I toned up quite a bit.
For those of you who would like to know I am 5'3" and I am a mommy of a almost 3 year old.
Here are my measurements from Day 1 to Day 64
Day 1 (1-7-13) / Day 64 (3-11-13)
Weight: 167/166.8 < -0.2 pounds
BF%: 26.9%/26.1% < -0.8%
Arms (L-R): 14.5-14/ 13.5-13 < -2"
Bust: 39.5/ 37.5 < -2"
Under Bust: 33.5/ 32 < -1.5"
Natural Waist: 30.5/ 29 < -1.5"
Belly Button: 35.5/ 31.5 < -4"
Hips: 40.5/ 39 < -1.5"
Thighs (L-R): 23.5-23.5/ 22.5-23 < -1.5"
Calves (L-R): 15.25-15.5/ 15-15 < -0.75"
In 64 days, I have lost 15.25" total body inches!!!!!!

My new goals are going to continue to tone up, finish 30DS and Ripped in 30, work on a running routine, and work on my arms and mommy tummy!
