Hi there, There seems to be a lot of you that are using Fitbits...Would it be fair to say that the people using Fitbits (or similar) are more successful on their healthy living goals? - my source for this is reading success stories here only. Are people very goal orientated and they buy fitbits to help achieve these goals…

Just completed my first Kettlebell class at lunchtime.. It was hard, but different - which I am guessing is the point of these new classes. Has anyone else tried it? How do you point the exercise? It is not on the list.

Ok... so I have filled in my daily intake for yesterday (7th Sept) and all the exercise I did and it wasn't too bad at all....then...I had some biscuits......unexpectedly.....
