I feel I would say the same things about myself. I can also get sweet cravings, I am fine during the day, but after my evening meal, for about 20 minutes I can crave something sweet. Hi all, Well I took all of your advise and rested and slowed down. I was able to go today and complete Wk 7 Day 2....yaaayyyy. Thanks again for all of the chat, it is good to see how other people are doing, where they are having trouble and what they did to overcome it. Karrie

Unfortunately, I believe it is possible. The foods you mention are high is salt and sugar content. You maybe retaining water. When this happens to me it normally settles after a few days of your normal healthier diet. Over time (possibly a week) it should even out.

OK, I only managed 2643 cals last week (Mon 7th to Sun 13th) - I do my exercises during my lunch time and if I get sidetracked (which is not very often - in my defense) I am not set up to do things in the evening... Off to a whooping good start to this week!

Its in the past now, there is NOTHING you can do about it. Try to let it go. Learn from it if you can so that it doesn't happen again. There is no point in beating yourself up about it (also you had a cake...didn't murder anyone!)

I have been drinking Green Tea for about 5 years now. And sorry no difference in my metabolism but I believe it is healthier for you - less caffeine

Can I ask a question? Is that not a lot of exercise? What are you all doing to burn off 500 cal x 7 days. Also is it not a good idea to take a day off to rest your body?
