Is the past the past???

Ok... so I have filled in my daily intake for yesterday (7th Sept) and all the exercise I did and it wasn't too bad at all....then...I had some biscuits......unexpectedly.....
So my question is this...Should I adjust yesterdays schedule or should I just forget and 'put best foot forward' today???

I would go back and add what you actually ate yesterday. It is good to know what you have eaten over time, especially if you keep having unexpected snacks that you don't log, then down the road can't figure out why you aren't losing weight.0

Add what you ate yesterday, good or bad. Start with today.0

Yes I would definitely go back and add it. It really helps when you trying to pinpoint what works for you.:drinker:0

Do what works for you. It can help to go back and track your progress and see what works best for you. I am not very consistent with logging. Once I see the numbers that I have left for the day drop, I panic and tend to run to food. I can mentally track the calories, but writing them down tends to backfire for me.0

If i have a 'picky' day as i call it, i always go back and add them up, hopefully it puts me off doing it again0
