where am i going wrong??
i assume that my diet is pretty good, i am usually either just under my calorie allowance and i excercise 5 out of 7 days, walking every day as well, the complete daily diary says if i ate like this everyday my weight would be..... which every day is lower, there shoudl be a weekly one of these too as i am not going down…

I am realistic i know that i am pretty light as is BUT in saying that i have put on 3kilos and would like to drop them, i feel like i do everything right, i only have one maybe two cheat days but other than that i am realatively good. can anyone help. thank you :smile:
