where am i going wrong

I am realistic i know that i am pretty light as is BUT in saying that i have put on 3kilos and would like to drop them, i feel like i do everything right, i only have one maybe two cheat days but other than that i am realatively good. can anyone help. thank you

Your diary is private so you're just going to get a bunch of random answers like "change things up", "do more cardio", "cut out carbs", "zig zag your calories". Good times....0

you say you are realistic but when you are close to goal weight, the difference between losing and maintaining is very small so you have to be very consistent for a long time.
For example if maintaining is 1400 cals per day and losing is 1200 calories per day, assuming everything was perfect it would take 17.5 days of eating at 1200 cals to lose one pound of fat.
But, of course, are bodies are more like chemistry experiments than checking accounts.
