Can anyone recommend a heart rate monitor? I would appreciate it :)
May be a stupid question but, I can keep track when I workout on machines but when I workout to my Power 90 DVDS (or any DVDS) how do I tell how many calories I've burned?
Just out of curiosity.. I don't know much about eating healthy but I do enjoy eating the whole egg on the morning. I see a lot of people just eat the whites. Is the yolk somewhat bad for you?
I work 8 hours a day and am on my feet most of them. I was wondering if anyone had good ideas for "on the go" snacks..
