Scales going in the wrong direction
The scale is going in the wrong direction & for once I do not know why! I am eating better than ever, Drinking lots of water, & doing cardio & weights! My thought is maybe water retention, the medicine I'm on (provera- to start a cycle), or muscle... Any thoughts on this.

Protein Suggestions.
I am currently re-vamping my diet & I have a goal to hit a pretty high amout of protein a day. I'm having trouble reaching it. I would {LOVE} your suggestions, recipies & certain foods you eat that are high in protein, but not high in fat & sugar. Also I cannot eat Wheat products! Thanks. Jakurek
