  • Thanks! Only reason I said that about the whey was becasue I don't love it & was hoping I didn't have to use that as a good chunk of my daily protein! I guess I just need to get creative with it & mix it in with a lot of things!
  • Jacwhite22 I've been eating all of these things. Except yogurt becasue I cant find any that low in sugar. I did just buy a whey protein yesterday. But eating it more than once a day seems outrageous!!

  • Wow I thought I was the only one asking for help in this area! I had my baby 5.5 months ago. Lost all my baby weight, plus lost 8# more. Without trying in the frist 2 months. Since then Ive slowly gained 9# back. I have continued to eat the same, track my calories & exercise the same. And just keep gaining... Still…
  • The pudding idea in the Greek Yogurt sounds AMAZING! I forgot to mention I'm alergic to Gluten! So the bread Ideas & cereals are not an option!!! But thank you all for the suggestions! I think I just need to take what I have and TWIST it up a bit!!!!!!
  • I do not think I am hidding Calories, I am admitting everything I eat and if im not sure I try to over estimate! Also I use a running tracker when I run & usually am burning more calories than MFP shows! Not counting allll the calories I burn while breastfeeding daily. Kind Regards Jayme
  • Thanks for the Advice! Yes According to the doctor I need to eat a high amount of calories to keep my milk production< I am having no problem with that area!!! Also I do think a big issue is water retention, bc I doubt i gained 4-5 # in a month! Atleast I hope not!!!
