135 by May 1st- NEED TIPS AND ADVICE
Hello! I have a bet going on and I need to be down to 135lbs by May 1st. Today, I weighed in at 161 lbs. I usually do heavy weight lifting but i hurt my back so I have been doing high reps with medium weight. I also cant run because of I have plantar fasciitis. Hello! I just joined your group. I am trying to lose 30 pounds. I am a curvy and it is hard for me to lose weight. Any advice or tips! I weight 170 but I dont look/feel like it. I do at least 45 mins of cardio 4 times a week and try to incorporate weights by using the ipersonal trainer app.
