135 by May 1st- NEED TIPS AND ADVICE

Hello!

I have a bet going on and I need to be down to 135lbs by May 1st. Today, I weighed in at 161 lbs.

I usually do heavy weight lifting but i hurt my back so I have been doing high reps with medium weight. I also cant run because of I have plantar fasciitis.

I am starting to do HIIT but that even hurts my back sometimes.


I am trying to eat at least 70 grams or more of protein a day and 50-100 carbs a day. Please check out my food log to see what I have been eating this week.

ANY ADVICE? Success stories?

    If you "need" to be down to 135 by may that is 25lbs...in all reality that is appx 15 weeks away...more then 1lb a week..

    Don't set yourself up for failure is my advise.

    1/2-1lb a week is doable but that has nothing to do with exercise that is all about calories in vs calories out.

    But even 1lb a week you get 15lbs...not 25.

    25lbs in over just over 15 weeks is going to be very tough, specially if you are close to ideal body weight.
