Hi, I have been counting calories and exercising since Feb 2011 and have lost 19lbs Yay...but for the last 3 weeks I seem to be stuck and the scales have not altered. Hi can anyone tell me how much is a "cup"??? I need to weigh some green beans and the database is asking if it is 1 cup?? not sure if this is an american method or not.

Vegetables
Do you have to portion control and count calories of vegetables such as cabbage sproits cauli and carrots as I would assume that you can pile your plate with these (potatoes not included)?
