Low Sodium intake a problem?
I'm noticing as I begin use of MFP that my sodium levels are much lower than what I should be in-taking according to my 'goals' set my MFP. Could this be a determining factor in weight loss flat lining??

It's 9pm and I'm below calorie goal by 300? Do I panic?
I'm just not hungry right now and it's late at night. Do I eat to gain the calories and satisfy my MFP goal or just go with the flow?

When are good rest days?
I had a huge physically active day on Wednesday and light workout/run on Thursday. Friday I took 'off' as a rest because I ran a 5K and zumba'd for over an hour (part of the Color Run racing) yesterday. Today? I'm sore and tired... dare I take another rest day even though i played it safe on Thursday and Friday?

Not new to exercise, new to success!
Ugh. Back on the workout and health train and and more frustrated than ever. 3rd kid is 4 y rs old and you'd think I'd shake these 30+ pounds. Decent diet and a completed C25K program with few crappy foods and sugars and I've actually GAINED 10 pounds. What the heck?! Less motivated than ever, but I can't keep gaining.…
