Not new to exercise, new to success!

Ugh. Back on the workout and health train and and more frustrated than ever. 3rd kid is 4 y rs old and you'd think I'd shake these 30+ pounds. Decent diet and a completed C25K program with few crappy foods and sugars and I've actually GAINED 10 pounds. What the heck?! Less motivated than ever, but I can't keep gaining. Went to doctor for tests and all came back fine. I can run 2+miles without dying much, and all seems stronger, but after 4 months I was hoping for some shifts. Honestly, even my clothes fit a touch snugger. HOW??? Glad to have a group to connect to.
